COURSES & PROGRAMS

Q1. What proficiency levels do you teach?
A: We teach all levels – A1 (Beginner), B1 (Intermediate), and C1 (Advanced). You can join any batch that matches your current English proficiency.

Q2. Can I upgrade from a group class to individual classes?
A: Yes! You can upgrade anytime from group to one-to-one classes by adjusting the monthly fee difference. Simply contact us to make the change.

Q3. Do you offer courses for specific purposes (Business English, IELTS prep, etc.)?
A: Currently, our focus is on general spoken English and communication. However, all our lessons can be customized based on your learning goals. Let us know your specific needs, and we’ll tailor the content.

Q4. How long does it take to see improvement in my English?
A: Most students notice significant improvement within 4-8 weeks with consistent daily practice. However, results depend on your starting level and dedication to practice outside of classes.

PAYMENT & ENROLLMENT

Q5. When can I start classes?
A: You can join anytime! Once payment is confirmed, your batch or personal slot will be activated immediately.

Q6. What if I want to pause my course temporarily?
A: Yes, in special cases, you can discuss with Gaurav sir to adjust your schedule or pause for a limited time. Contact us directly to discuss your situation.

Q7. Do you offer discounts for longer subscriptions?
A: Currently, we offer monthly pricing. However, special discounts may be available for long-term commitments. Please contact us for details.

Q8. What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept UPI, Bank Transfer, and International Payments (for international students). Payment details will be shared after enrollment.

ONLINE VS OFFLINE CLASSES

Q9. Which is better – online or offline classes?
A: Both have benefits! Online classes offer flexibility and convenience, while offline classes provide face-to-face interaction and classroom environment. Choose based on your lifestyle and learning preference.

Q10. Do online classes have as much interaction as offline?
A: Yes! Our online classes are highly interactive with live video sessions, real-time feedback, and group participation. Speaking practice happens just as much as in physical classes.

Q11. What technology do I need for online classes?
A: You just need a laptop or smartphone with a stable internet connection. We use Zoom or Google Meet, and you’ll receive joining links for each class.

FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

Q12. Do you teach international students?
A: Yes! We have special pricing for international students, and we’re experienced in teaching learners from different countries.

Q13. What time zones do you support?
A: We can accommodate various time zones for international students. Discuss your preferred timings when enrolling.

Q14. Are Russian students eligible for a discount?
A: Yes! We offer exclusive discounted pricing for Russian students. Contact us to know the exact discount.

GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q15. What happens after class? Do I get any materials?
A: Yes! After each class, you receive Word/PDF notes, lesson summaries, and practice materials to help with self-study.

Q16. Can I attend trial classes before enrolling?
A: We recommend contacting us directly to discuss a trial session or demo class option.

Q17. How often should I practice outside of class?
A: Daily practice of 30-60 minutes outside class, combined with your 1-hour daily class, will give you the best results.

Q18. Do you provide certificates after completing a course?
A: We provide participation certificates and progress reports. For formal proficiency certificates (IELTS, TOEFL), we help prepare but do not conduct official exams.
